Hi, I'm Leanne, I have two successful adult children and have my Diploma from the New Zealand Nanny school.
I have helped and cared for families in both Australia and New Zealand.

My home is shared with my beautiful dog and cat. It's a modern, warm and inviting home with a wonderful indoor play space that opens onto a sheltered courtyard.

I am located right next to Ashgrove School, parks and playgrounds. We explore the local library story time, music and movement groups and occasional outings to our nearby farms, to learn from our environment.

I love the Montessori style of learning, and I believe in routine, care and stability. Allowing children to explore the world using fun, music and dance, to encourage play and imagination.
Home and nature skills are a big part of our day. I have a fenced vegetable garden for planting and nature, which we then use for our group cooking/baking.
Every child is different, and learning has to be in their time, in their way. I introduce at an early age the seasons, literacy, mathematics, social interaction, emotional regulation and science, supportive of their stage and ability.

Leanne has been fully safety screened including a face to face interview, police vetting, identity verification and has been fully inducted.  A full risk assessment has been undertaken to ensure she is safe and suitable to work with young children. This assessment is made when they first started with us and periodically thereafter.
