Jess

I am a Mum of one busy boy. I have 15 years experience teaching children (aged 5 to 17) at Pony Club and Kidz Kartz which I have really enjoyed.

We have a warm and spacious 2 bedroom home on a large, fully fenced corner section. We have a large veggie garden and two very friendly dogs. We live next to a well equipped playground and have various walks nearby. I have various large play equipment that is easy to set up inside or outside depending on weather like ball pit, tunnels, play tents, etc.

We enjoying outings to different playgrounds and to the library. Also over the warmer months we will do trips out to my mother’s farm to spend time with the various farm animals, including the Kidz Kartz ponies. We also go to play café every Tuesday morning.

I believe that children need space to learn through play in a safe and supportive environment and need to feel comfortable to become their own wee person.

The service has undertaken full safety screening of Jess including a police vet, identity checks, face to face children's worker interview and a full risk assessment. The service had deemed Jess safe to work independently with young children.
