I am married with two children - Amber born in 2010 and Steve in 2013. I have been a Home Based Educator with Home Grown Kids since August 2015 and hold a current First Aid Certificate and Level 4 NZ Certificate in ECE.

I offer a large decked and grassed outdoor area for outside play such as sand and water play, bikes, ride in cars and scooters. Inside I have two living areas that I set up with exciting activities for the children. I am close to many local parks and playgrounds. I have a lovely elderly child friendly family dog called Pepper, and two friendly cats.
I offer lots of fun home activities such as ride on cars, trikes, climbing frame, painting, drawing, play dough, water play, sand and messy play as well as opportunities for music, reading, puzzles, blocks, imaginative play - all the things preschoolers love to do.

We attend a regular Monday Pre School Gymnastics class, Mainly Music, Play groups, library visits, local parks, Kaipatiki Community summer and Winter fun sessions, Beach outings, zoo trips, Motat and more!

Children learn through play so I ensure that they have opportunities to be involved in a variety of experiences and activities, whilst in a loving, caring and supportive environment.

Kylie is a longstanding Educator and has been fully safety screened including a face to face interview, police vetting, identity verification have has been fully inducted.  A full risk assessment has been undertaken to ensure she is safe and suitable to work with young children.
