I am a Mum to 2 boys (born 2011 and 12013). Up until recently, I have been working as a part time reliever in ECE settings. I have many years of experience working with children. I have provided before and after school care regularly with children in my home and now welcome preschoolers into our home for access to quality learning and care.
We have a large front and backyard which is fully fenced for safety. There is also a covered deck area where children can experience the outdoors in a range of weather. We also have a long, safe driveway to play on scooters and bikes. The park nearby our home adds to extending children's physical health and strength, using our big muscles.
Inside our home there is space to play, create, rest and eat.
Children are invited to take part in activities that interest them There is outdoor play available, arts and craft, books, construction, puzzles etc. There is a wide range of activities available for all ages.
Over the coming months I will be studying towards my NZ Certificate in ECE, Level 4 which will strengthen my knowledge and hep me to affirm the development of my ECE philosophy. I am very approachable and children gain confidence and trust which is important to me.
