I am a qualified ECE Teacher holding my Bachelor of Teaching since 2015 and over 15 years in total of hands on experience in the ECE sector.
I am a proud māmā of 3 beautiful tamariki.  I have a lot of experience working with children with diverse needs including specific training in ASD.
I am passionate about te ao Māori, te reo Māori and tikanga Māori are woven through our everyday programme. I am currently studying my level 5 te ara reo Māori, Te Rōnakitanga ki te reo kairangi at Te Wananga o Aotearoa.

Home Environment

In our day to day home based environment we visit another Educator regularly with a set up centre like but in a farm setting with pigs, chickens, guinea pigs, a goat, lambs, cats and a dog!

The environment is beautifully resourced with natural resources and resources that are built to last and a playground set up for outdoor fun and learning.

Community Involvement

We regularly attend Kids at Home gymnastics, go for local walks, attend activities that follow the children’s interests.

Childcare Philosophy

Our programme in general supports child-led learning and play with kaiako support that is culturally responsive.
