Louise

Hi, my name is Louise and I have over 25 years experience working with young children. I also offer a free pick up and drop off east of the river to support my families.

My place is a home away from home where wonderful memories are made! I encourage lots of natural and guided play, organised outings and offer great opportunities for learning. I feel this is the ideal daycare option for children from birth to the age of five. The smaller ratios, in particular, mean less exposure to illness as well as the ability to keep the children's routines as similar to what you do as a family in your own home.

Our group regularly attend Kids at Home weekly playgroup and gym sessions. We're big explorers so we use our community as a learning tool.

I enjoy helping children strive to reach their goals, building a relationship with each child and learning about their individual interests and personalities! Life skills I focus on in my home with the children are sharing, interacting with and respecting one another and their belongings.  I also support the children engaging with peers of different ages whether this is playing with or alongside them.

Lou is a longstanding Educator and has been fully safety screened including a face to face interview, police vetting, identity verification and has been fully inducted.  A full risk assessment has been undertaken to ensure she is safe and suitable to work with young children. This assessment is made when they first start with us and periodically thereafter.
