Experience

Hi, I'm Jo, Mum of two adult children. I am experienced and qualified in both primary and early childhood education of nearly 30 years.

Home Environment

Our home is modern, warm and comfortable with area to explore, ride a bike, or run around. A back section so safe from the road. Areas to play, learn and even get messy!
Regular excursions, walks around the neighbourhood are all part of our programme along with weekly baking and cooking experiences. I offer sensory play, singing, dancing and lots of literacy learning.
Art experiences and a range of activities for our creative learners is also on the list of activities provided to keep young children engaged in fun learning. I offer a range of resources to cater for children’s interests and what they are wanting to learn to grow into confident capable learners.

Community Involvement

Regular visits to educational places such as museums, petting zoos and the library.

Childcare Philosophy

I provide the best nurturing care with positive reciprocal relationships. I embrace each child’s unique interest and provide experiences that will allow each child to grow into a confident learner. Prepare each child for their next learning journey through experiences and learning opportunities.
