Mini is married with 2 older children. She previously worked in Malaysia as a Nanny for 7 years and when she arrived in New Zealand she worked as a Home Based Educator with Barnardos for 10 years and has been with Home Grown Kids since 2011 - its fair to say she is highly experienced and sought after.
Mini's home is very centrally located for people working in the CBD. They often park their car at her house and catch the bus or walk down the hill into town. The children have easy access to a lovely secluded back yard when they can ride bikes, explore water play and play with balls.
Mini offers the children in her care a wide range of toys and activities to play with and explore. Play dough, drawing, puzzles, musical instruments and many, many more activities are available. Mini is a member of her local toy library and there are regularly new toys for the children to discover. They attend the local playgroup, which they can walk to on a nice day and music groups are also attended.
Mini believes that children are unique individuals who she can provide a secure and safe environment in which they can learn and grow. She believes in developing a relationship with the whole family and becoming their friend. She believes that children remind us how to laugh and be happy.
