Tania

Tania is a Mum to 5 and has been working in ECE since 2016 both in Kindergartens and as a Home Based ECE Educator.

Tania has a classroom like set up at the back of her home which is very well resourced.  She provides lots of fun activities in the space as well as an outdoor area with a sandpit, water trough, mini slide and two gorgeous, friendly rabbits.  The children are invited to be involved in the day to day care of the wee rabbits, learning about kindness and empathy.

Tania attends our local Home Grown Kids playgroups as well as music groups, trip to parks and playgrounds and other opportunities with HGK like our nature excursions, fire station visits etc.  She is very active in all areas where children's interests can be extended.

Tania is passionate and experienced in caring for and educating young children.  Her approach is based on warm, caring interactions with each child and building strong relationships with whanau.  She loves to empower and foster children's independence through aspects of the Montessori philosophy.

Tania holds:
* Level 3 NZ Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education
* Current First aid certificate.
Tania is also fully safety screened and vetted.
