Hi, I'm Teresa, your local Welcome Bay Educator.
I enjoy creating a safe and magical environment for my children and families. Fun and nurturing are at the centre of all that I do from routines to outings into the community and planned experiences at home. My families become part of my family and I have on-going contact with children I had in care many years ago.
My environment recognises the individual learning and needs of all children and I ensure that they are each respected and extended at their own pace.

I have a warm, welcoming home that has amazing views for the children to spot things happening in the area like building work, airplanes, animals and bird-life. There is loads of fun and learning in all that we do with the children.
My outside area includes a sunny deck for art activities and picnics and a supervised grassy area for running, water play and outdoor experiences.

As part of our regular programme, we like to get out for walks in the local area and visit nearby parks regularly.  We also enjoy attending Mainly Music and Playgroups in the local community.

Teresa is a longstanding Educator and has been fully safety screened including a face to face interview, police vetting, identity verification and has been fully inducted.  A full risk assessment has been undertaken to ensure she is safe and suitable to work with young children. This assessment is made when they first started with us and periodically thereafter.
